We are a family of five and we are happy to welcome our guests to our establishment. We have a Bed & Breakfast with two rooms, offering double or single beds, a shared bathroom, and a spacious kitchen for a buffet breakfast. Alternatively, in our Vacation Rental, we offer two more rooms with double or single beds, a private bathroom, and a lounge for reading. Coffee or tea are included. We provide air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and parking for cars. We are only two kilometers away from Verona's Arena, the historic center of our beautiful city. The fairground is just 450 meters away. You can reach our B&B by car (Verona Sud highway exit is 3 km away), by plane (the airport is 6 km away), or by train (the station is only 800 meters away). We would be happy to welcome and get to know our guests. During their stay at our B&B, the buffet breakfast allows guests to feel at home. In fact, upon waking up, guests can prepare themselves a delicious breakfast choosing from coffee, milk, yogurt, tea, croissants, snacks, jam, chocolate, cereals, fruit juices, and much more. In the rooms of the Vacation Rental, we simply offer coffee or tea. We do not have televisions in the rooms of our B&B Spagna because sometimes it's nice to relax without distractions. However, we provide free Wi-Fi to stay connected, both for work and other purposes. The neighborhood where our B&B is located is very close to the fairground and the industrial area, and it is also very convenient to reach the city center. Our guests, whether traveling for business, visiting the fair, or exploring beautiful Verona, will surely appreciate the location. In the vicinity of the neighborhood, there are some restaurants for dining or supermarkets for shopping. The city center is only two kilometers away and offers numerous typical trattorias for dining or trendy bars to spend the evening.
